You have to go through IQ and personality test, then phone interview only then finally face to face interview . The phone interview don't have technical questions but you would be asked what u had done in your career.

It was mostly about C and my embedded software project. There were two interviews. One was behavioral, and the second was technical. Questions were about C and my embedded software project.
Two Engineers from the company were nice and asked some technical questions. I found the questions a bit hard but I did not have much insight of the subject, so that's probably why it was hard.
