Fairly long process in light of the actual role. Full application form followed by assesment followed by interview. Interviewers friendly but did not want someone who could only work the summer.
The application process for a Customer Team Member role takes about 10 - 12 minutes, including the assessment. As part of the application process we have screening questions which do make it clear that roles are either permanent or temporary.
Keep an eye out for temporary roles if you're looking for summer work. You can find out more about our seasonal locations at:

Autres retours d’entretien d’embauche pour un poste comme Retail Assistant chez Co-op
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Co-op (Wootton, East of England, England)

Bad. Felt unprofessional and did not enjoy the minutes there. Was not given follow-up after the interview and had to go constantly try and get a reply. This resulted in nothing and empty promises.

Entretien
It was not stressful. The manager ensured that everything went smoothly. She gave me an overview of the company and my role along with the benefits that was included with my role.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Tell me about a time when you had to take a stand for yourself?
Short and chilled experience, wasn't able to offer any idea about a steady schedule and said it was going to be all over the place and being a university student this wasn't very reassuring.
