J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Co-op (Édimbourg, Écosse)
Entretien
Easy application process which involved an initial form with basic info and a short online assessment based around potential scenarios with customers.
I was invited to an interview exactly a week after the initial application, with the store manager. As this was my first job interview I was very nervous but they were very friendly and put me at ease. You are asked a couple of "ice-breaker" questions, five behaviour questions (the usual "Tell me a time when you..." sort) and then are asked about availability and told info about shifts.
Overall a good experience.

Entretien
It was nice and smooth and very intuitive. I liked how I had help from the website to prepare for the interview and so I was able to fully explain my previous experience.

Give me a time when you stood up for yourself or someone else

Entretien
Very impersonal. All done online and the logic between what constitutes a good or bad answer is totally unidentifiable. You would have better luck turning up in person and asking if you can hand in your CV and interview in person instead!

Entretien
The interview process was very easy and straightforward. The interviewer was kind and made it feel more like a friendly, comfortable conversation than a formal interview. As well as one of the best interviews I've actually had.
