Online application, invited to take part in online interview. This consisted of two questions which you recorded your answer for. Both questions were accounting related so not sure how they decide on how to hire because they were hiring people with experience who would clearly be able to answer the questions

Entretien
The interview process was seamless. The hiring manager was highly relatable and made me feel relaxed during the whole process. There was adequate communication during the process; I got the offer after 3 weeks of passing the interview.

Question 1
The interview process was seamless; the questions were in three parts - behavioural, competency, and practical. All questions except for the practical were shared before the interview date. The manager and one other person interviewed me. The interview assessed technical knowledge of accounting and the use of Microsoft Excel.
