After initial friendly introduction I was asked to complete three short exercises. Then we sat and I was asked why I was interested in the position and what my background was. I was then asked some behavioural based questions on examples of situations and how I had dealt with them. Finally I was asked if I had any questions relating to the role. Throughout the process it was made clear what was required in a open, informative and friendly manner.

Initial suitability and motivation interview over the phone and then if successful the in person interview has a brief numeracy and literacy test followed by Q&A with 2 interviewers which you are given the questions for in advance.
