After meeting 2/3 criteria in my initial online application, they scheduled a screening interview. The organization sent out sample questions the night before, and the interview essentially asked each of those questions sequentially. If approved, they send my application to "routers" that match me with potential employers.

It was pretty basic since it’s a fellowship position. After the initial interview with staff you can get an interview with potential placements but there is a chance that you will not.
