It is an interview for the program then you are matched with organization who then complete additional interviews. You may accept/decline the organization interviews based on your interest. Overall it is pretty low stakes and straightfoward,

Entretien
After meeting 2/3 criteria in my initial online application, they scheduled a screening interview. The organization sent out sample questions the night before, and the interview essentially asked each of those questions sequentially. If approved, they send my application to "routers" that match me with potential employers.
