I went to a virtual job fair and was scheduled for a second interview. Then a third. They are interested in me. I am waiting on an offer now. It seems like a nice company.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I applied twice within a period of 3 months. The first thing I really didn’t like is that they post false job descriptions. On their website, the job description says one thing, but when you interview with them, it turns out that what you have to do at work is totally opposite of what was originally posted on their website. In all honesty, BE TRANSPARENT and stop wasting people’s time. The second time, I interviewed for separate role with them. Everything seemed normal, until about 20 minutes into my interview the recruiter said that the role I applied for “doesn’t exist” and that they were interviewing me to keep me in the pipeline for future opportunities... The pay for these roles are also very low. On top of that, the job descriptions say “full time” but the hours per week may vary, and for this reason they aren’t giving any benefits. I had high expectations for them but I’m disappointed.
