Hi, this is John Reid, VP - Strategic Accounts. Having the opportunity to work flexibility is one of the things I personally enjoy about working at Cielo, it's great to see this also resonated with you! On the other hand, I appreciate there is always room for improvement within any organisation and want to take some time to reflect on your comments here. I think it's important to recognise we've had two key drivers that have impacted our decisions this year - firstly the economic environment has led to us having to make some tough decisions and we have also taken the time to align our organisational structure to help us to steadily maintain our growth. Our focus for the remainder of the year is to support our teams to resettle into the new structure and support our clients as the market slowly improves.
