The WORST interview experience ever! After 5, maybe even 6, interview stages (a mixed of phone, F2F and video calls), I was declined/rejected (at final stage) by the person who started the whole recruitment process because, and I quote, "our Client is looking for someone more normal". YES, you heard it right; "more normal". Shocking back then, and still shocking now. My biggest regret? I should have contacted HR and report them to the Authorities:, but i did not have anything in writing.

There were at least 5 interviews, so questions were about: previous experience, relationship with stake holders, managing projects, targets and achievements, language and technical skills, and more.

The interview process is fast and they provide you timely feedback. During the process, the recruiter was able to answer my inquiries about the company, the job, and the estimated hiring time.

Straightforward, easy to manage, and fast response. There are about 3 rounds, with someone from the UK, a manager in the HK office and again VP from the UK. They also wanted to negotiate down on the offer. But in the end overall, the interview process is pretty smooth to handle.
