A conversation with HR, then phone screen with the team lead, then peer interview, then CTO interview. Between the interview with the team and the CTO I was given a codility assignment which never reflected my professional skills

CTO actually asked me, how I am, being a female employee, will be able to work. This is highly inappropriate, and biased question.
