I was referred by a friend who currently works at Check Point. After submitting my application, I had a 15-minute call with a recruiter to discuss my background and experience. Following that, I was invited to an onsite interview.

First, one take-home coding test through an online tool. The problems are not simple, but not extreme either. If you're successful, you get a live interview with your potential supervisor(s) and manager(s). Supervisors asked coding questions (e.g. write a simple function or find the bug), mainly interested in fundamental knowledge and problem solving. This was a 3-hour process.
