Despite successfully clearing all stages of the interview process—an online test, two technical interviews, and an HR round, and even after talking with my references, I was informed that they would be moving forward with other candidates. This process took two and a half months, with a month-long wait between interview stages.

Call with recruiter, describe the company and job position, ask about your experience. Seemed to be a good fit. Then phone call with a senior developer and a tech interview, 1 hour long. First 30 plus minutes talk about the company, which was a waste of time since all the info was already giving earlier and he seemed like he had to read specific info to me about the company. Then the technical programming question on p5 platform, most of the time i was trying to figure out how to use the platform and the interviewer helped me alot with that along the way. The question was a simple programming question, however i felt a lot of pressure with this unusual platform. Given the my unfamiliarity with the platform and the very limited amount of time i had to solve the problem the interviewer was most likely trying to see how you program under a lot of pressure...
