First they send me a 2h15 exam to do from home in the language of your choice with 3 questions of code. Second step was an interview in their office and I had to explain how I would program an elevator system. Third step was an interview with the team leader. I had to describe some projects, explain what were the challenges, what I am looking for in my next job... Last step was an HR interview

A conversation with the recruiter and then she sends a homework assignment.
The homework is three questions - two medium and one hard.
Leet Code questions.
Then there is a conversation with the team leader about suitability for the role. (about an hour)
