The initial interview is a "Software Blade" test on visual studio.
If you pass the coding interview you would get another call for 1:1 with a team leader.
Got some question like finding the 2nd largest max number in array (rember edge cases !)
Implement a timer callback scheme when you can only set one time at a time
Show me your knolege and understaning in C/Linux

You need to write some basic code, read comments to understand undocumented APIs and fix some bugs in a different module.
Allm modules (blades) should work as expected and code efficiency and performance is tested (i.e. if you have a large string array in C, declare it as static)

Conversation with hiring manager, Codility test, 1st technical interview with hiring manager and team leader, 2nd deep technical interview with director.
Felt in the director part - had a very deep understanding of security and system design flow and bottleneck.
