Call and then met with director. Very straightforward process. Asked questions about past experience in education and working independently. The director was very nice and shared insight on the role.

The interview was Very easy, it was over the phone. They asked a Short list of questions. They require that teachers are certified. I never met the person that interviewed me. I was send an offer letter in the mail.

The interview was simple and consisted of a conversation more that questions and answers. I learned about the company and their educational approach in the classroom. It was not a difficult process and was rather informative.
