The interview was Very easy, it was over the phone. They asked a Short list of questions. They require that teachers are certified. I never met the person that interviewed me. I was send an offer letter in the mail.

It starts with a phone screen with a recruiter. Then you have an interview where they ask standard interview questions and then you present a sample intervention lesson in the grade and subject of your choice

Entretien
The interview was simple and consisted of a conversation more that questions and answers. I learned about the company and their educational approach in the classroom. It was not a difficult process and was rather informative.
