The hr interview was an open first round interview. Very brief, but a screen for a second round interview also with HR, that was significantly longer. Transparent throughout the process and respectful of scheduling.

The company was highly accommodating, offering flexibility to align with my tight schedule; I was even able to complete the interview during my lunch break.
