Went through a few rounds of interviews with great expediency, then they dragged their feet on actually making on offer, eventually deferring to someone else. Interviews included HR, hiring manager, boss's boss, team SME - all within 1 week -, and additional HR person - 2 weeks later. They then made me wait another 1.5 weeks just to send me the rejection.
