Phone interview with corporate HR followed by phone interview with Hiring Manager. Final 2 hours in person interview with team. Management was clear that they expected a lot of hours beyond regular 40/week. I was negative to this prospect.

From application submission to screen request was about two weeks. Had a 15 minute screen convo with recruiting week three, followed up the next day with an interview request. Had four interviews, 30 min each with director, manager, and two teammates. Behavioral questions and talking through the role and requirements. Manager went over allotted time to ensure all my questions were answered. HR followed up the next day with an offer.
