Phone interview followed by an in person interview with three members of management and HR. Initial phone interview the interviewer called a day late and had the wrong name. Overall very unorganized.

The interview process started with a skype call with the recruiter on site. Then moved to all supervisors of that group. It is important to show an interest in learning during an interview.
