standard- applied online. first round phone screening, hiring manager & then panel. I've done around 20 phone screens in the last 3 months and honestly have no clue why I was not passed into the next rounds. position is hybrid in buckhead GA which was doable, however, for such a family and child-oriented company- it doesn't make sense to have HQ in the highest crime ridden city in the SouthEast. This is the absolute worst area to raise a family. I lived in buckhead for 3 years and witnessed 2 murders, multiple robberies & was constantly approached by homeless people. I would have dreaded to go back to that hell hole even 2 or 3 days per week.
