    Great company who is organized. Easy to move up in positions.

    Inconvénients

    Some customers doesn’t control their children while shopping, but that’s not the company’s fault

    Avantages

    Flexible for part time
    25% sometimes 30% on everything including skiphop, clearance and doorbusters
    Staff is usually pretty good

    Inconvénients

    Manager at this location does not care about employees!!
    I've been here for a long time and have never been asked to move up or offered any training
    She keeps getting new people in and then has no hours to offer associates.
    On good weeks and if we're lucky, associates will get at least 15 hours. Max you'll ever get is probably somewhere around 25 but only during super busy weeks like black Friday/Christmas/back to school but other than that you will sometimes get 1 day a week!!
    At this location, the manager does not care much about seniority and will not give hours to those who have worked there the longest.
    However, when she does need people to come in, she is quick to call and beg for people to come!! Where is this energy when we ask you for hours/pay raises??
    Expects committed staff, super quick work on a low pay and low hours

    Train your staff to succeed and you will get results and committed people!
    Train those who have been there the longest and have a better understanding and stop getting new people to "lead"
    Its ridiculous to be working under someone who has been there less than you and you have to help out and train when you clearly know more than them!!!
    Don't be fake with your employees! Or pretend to be their friends only when you need something!
    Look out for your employees and ask yourself why you should have over the top expectations, when you can't match the pay and hours!

    Avantages

    Some pros consist of meeting some great people (customers/team members).

    Inconvénients

    High task demand with lack of hours.

    Reprimanded for being sick, try to write one up for everything

    No one wants to work, Store Managers, I worked under a few, just pawn everything off to ASM's

    Rarely provide proper breaks, and ridiculed if you ask/say your taking a break.

    Invest in your people, like your VALUES and MISSION STATEMENT says.

    Take accountability for your mistakes, stop blaming others for the choices you made, whether good or bad. INTEGRITY-I think most have lost this value in Southern California

    Full time has the option of benefits, RRSP plans, bonuses, paid sick days,

    Inconvénients

    Work load vs pay is not really worth it, the HO likes to micromanage and only takes the opinions of higher volume stores seriously, bonus’s age often out of reach because of the way they target (often targets are double what was made in previous years). District management will often sacrifice sales for following visual protocols. Work life balance is more work than life if you are full time.

    Take each location demographic into mind , not all locations are the same. when you do store visits take time to listen to the the bad things not just expect to hear all the good things, be realistic in expectations,
