I went through two rounds of interviews, one with a hiring manager and one with the store manager. Interview questions were pretty standard and focused on the "outcome" of my personal retail experiences.

When did a manager give you feedback, what was the feedback about, and what was the outcome of this interaction?

Easy interview. Not too many questions, only about six or seven, and five of them the manager said was made based on your personality from your application. It only lasted about twenty minutes. Manager was nice and welcoming. Not intimidating at all.

3 interviews - one with the assistant manager, one with the store manager, and then one with the district manager. Pretty straightforward questions and they ask mainly about your customer service experience and leadership potential.

You have to fill out the application online then they give you a call you come in for a group interview or a one on one you all talk about the job and your background with jobs and skills then you leave and they give a call to whoever they think fits it best
