Interviewed with a store manager and then a district manager. Both were pretty informal but still asked basic leadership questions. I felt welcomed and both showed genuine interest in what i had to say. Now I am waiting for my final interview with HR over the phone, Im guessing this is where things get more formal.

Interview with the Store manager first, if you pass you will then interview with the District Manager. It’s a possibility that another store manager may interview you as well, before the District manager .It’s a pretty straight forth interview process. If you are the chosen one, they will call to make you an offer.

It was a super fun relaxed interview, they were very transparent, and answered all questions I had. They also made you feel very comfortable like you're just chatting with a friend.
