There was lots of transparency form the start regarding the steps involved in the interview process and the format that they expected questions to be answered in. The final interview was with four different team members and gave an opportunity to assess team dynamic. After completing the full interview process, I still found it difficult to understand what the day to day of the role was.

This involved a case interview, a full day of zoom interviews in the final round with various levels of leadership, and one other phone interview. I'd saw the case required preparation as someone less familiar with cases, but most focus was on asking the right questions and talking through process/thinking aloud
