Looked pretty straight forward with scenario-based questions about one of their products. The first questions was followed dup with multiple predetermined questions
The questioning process looked rigid. You have to say the exact answers they want to hear

Entretien
Phone interview with recruiter, then a "power day" consisting of 30 minute individual back-to-back interviews with about four managers. Once interview were over the managers said they would meet and make a determination. Was given an offer within a week.

Phone screen with recruiter. This was 30 minutes to discuss resume and past experiences. Behavioral interview with hiring manager. This was pretty basic, run of the mill questions. 2nd behavioral interview with Director and hiring manager. Typical behavioral questions..."tell me about a time when...." "what are your strengths/biggest weakness".
