Entretien
1. Online Assessment proctored through CodeSignal. I received a score mid 400's / 600. 4 questions LeetCode style, I was able to complete first two within 10 minutes, 4th I completed half way, and 3rd about 2%.
2. After OA results were verified by CodeSignal, was called back within 2 business days from the recruiter saying I passed and was moving on to the Power Day interviews.
3. I received a prep packet about 5 days prior the Power Day which included links to GeeksAndGeeks top 10 interview problems, tips and resources for STAR behavioral interviewing, and a few resources on the Case interview.
4. I also received my Power Day interview schedule: 2 technical 1 hour interviews, 30 minute break, the 1 hour behavioral, and 1 hour case study.
4. Power Day arrived, The first two technical interviews took the full hour (left 5m for questions). Behavioral and Case had plenty of time for questions at the end.
Every interviewer was extremely polite, and given my first interview ran right up to time, the second interviewer gave me a couple minute break before beginning.
I say average difficulty because technical aspects were not too difficult (not even LeetCode style - more word-based, real-world problem solving. Behavioral is typical STAR, which I find somewhat difficult).

Power day style interview, two coding, one system design, one behavioral. Everyone was nice, but the interviewers seemed a little under prepared and/or new to interviewing in general. Questions where essentially leetcode medium/hard almost word for word.

Code assessment then to power day interview with 4 rounds. Overall the power day interviews were okay except for the case study. The interviewer was disengage while being on their phone the whole time. There was a part where the interviewer said fix the mistakes then went back to their phone. I pointed out their code has other errors with template and was ignored. Then while attempting to fix those (10 mins later) they mentioned to ignore that part and focus on the very bottom part of the code. What a waste of time and very unprofessional. This makes me wager a few of the interviewers probably could not pass their own interview process today.

Excelente code challenge después de eso, preparaciones para un powerday q es básicamente 4 entrevistas técnicas en un solo día, es de 1 hora cada uno y al final de dicen si queda o no
