Initial interview at my college was very easy. All behavioral questions. Then I was invited to the Capital One offices for the full day of interviews. There was a behavioral interview that was just like the one at my university, then there was the technical one (which was geared towards whichever track you stated you wanted to be on) and then there was a case fit interview where they asked simple math questions from a business problem.
