I had 1 online check on codesignal. and 4 powerday interviews. i was interviewing for angular dev role Codesignal consists of 4 leetcode style tasks, i passed with 2 out of 4 completed 1 interview was technical and angular specific, questions were on point 2 web app design. You are getting requirements and need to design web application structure 3 case study. Testing your creativity and mental ability. E.g. telling about benefits of chatbot in context of banking etc. Going through badly written code and suggesting refactorings 4 behavioral is straightforward STAR questions It was bad experience because i wasted 5 hours to complete the process, later on to be notified by recruiter that i passed the interview but position was filled before i got to the end. I feel like tech culture of company is great but recruiting process is a mess. I was realigned with another team for two weeks without success. Company had several open positions that had angular/react/node.js/aws which is really vague and confusing but i couldn`t apply because i was realigned by recruiter. I couldn`t get answer from recruiter in time regarding open positions which resulted in several positions being filled. It`s really unfortunate to be treated like that after you passed their overly long interview process. I didn`t see kind of initiative from recruiter that i expected
