Entretien
Applied end of May got a response to do assessment 5 days later, then a response a day later to do one way video interview. Recruiter contacted me a week later and did a mini phone screening (somewhat like an interview), she advised that she will contact me back, which she did an hour later asking if she can schedule me for a zoom interview with two hiring managers the following week, which I agreed to. The interview went well it is an hour long, half an hour for each hiring manager, first Job fit interview (please review your role and be prepared to answer everything to the best of your ability, please think before you speak and ask for clarity if you are not sure, it not easy and it it not hard just be prepared) second behavioral this was easier and this manager was very pleasant. I got an offer a week later and I accepted. I am very elated as I really wanted to work for C1 although I had another offer elsewhere.

Many questions for the job fit, however, the one that stood out most was "is there anything you are not in agreement with regarding the branch ambassador role or anything you would change"
For the behavioral Tell me about a time when you did not meet a deadline and what happened.
Begins with a recorded interview online. You then get a phone interview which leads into an interview with managers. Very basic interview asking about experience and scenarios that you have faced.

Entretien
First, you complete an assessment. Then, you do an "On Demand Interview" where you record your answers to a bunch of STAR questions. If you pass that, a recruiter will reach out to schedule an hour long interview with the Market Managers: one 30-minute behavioral interview and one 30-minute job fit interview. They asked a lot of STAR questions. Make sure you have at least 5 stories for the questions.

Entretien
Long, repetitive online assessment. Strange amount of questions about how often you're late for work and tons of "did your last manager like you?" questions. After, dozens of questions where you pick the 2 most accurate statements of 3 options (with LOTS of repeating statements). Statements about tardiness, productivity, company loyalty, getting along with coworkers, etc. Felt like if you missed clicking on statements for any subject, then you don't care about that subject, but if you hit every subject, it's like you're trying to beat the assessment.
Not a good way to try and decipher someone's personality and competencies, and too long of a personality assessment.
