Super chill, just make sure you use the pamphlets they send you. Cases are important so make sure you know breakeven analysis. Otherwise basic behavioral stuff that you should practice anyway. They are really good about asking follow-up questions.

Entretien
1st round was a very straightforward behavioral. Second round was a mix of both behavioral and technical questions. Included a case study on company debt and what option it should go with.
2 30 minute phone screen, followed by a super day with three interviews each one hour. One of the superday interviews consisted of a case study. Other two were largely behavioral.
