First, you go through some online assessments as a screening step. If you pass this, you will be invited to a quick video interview where you will need to solve a small case scenario. Lastly, you get to "Power Day," in which you will have to solve 3 case interviews

They also ask some behavioral questions like "tell me about a time in which you found it difficult to work in a team."

Connected with a recruiter and emailed them my resume. Got a response about different sessions available to prepare for the interview until applications opened. Once I applied I completed a basic assessment on my personal preferences related to job culture, after passing that I had to complete a case assessment that was timed and recorded in Excel to solve different problems. Some of the questions could use some clarification but I spoke my assumptions aloud to be clear how I was coming to my solution. After this I was invited to Powerday which is 3-4 hours long depending on your unique schedule. Mine was 4 hours with a 1 hour break in between the second and third interview. The first interview on Powerday was a case assessment, the second was a product interview about a digital product I chose, and the last was another case assessment. The case assessments are easy math but definitely pay attention and ask clarifying questions because they give you a lot of details to remember. The interviewers were great and helped me when I got stuck cause i forgot to include a data point. They really are like a partner helping you get to the solution, it also helps so much to repeat everything you're doing aloud because even though the math is easy, you'll realize where you may have made a mistake a lot quicker. I often times would fix something as I'm repeating my equation to the interviewer. I practiced a lot of cases to prepare me and it helped me be a lot less nervous and also the case assessments are typically based on the type of math used for credit cards so look at equations related to consumer spending for credit cards.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Product Interview: What are 10 ways you would improve this product? (can be for users, profits, new markets, etc.) What are 3 different segment groups your solutions would benefit? What are revenue-generating factors of the product? What are revenue-generating features you could add?
