Initially contacted my recruitment manager, and asked to take an online assessment. Assessment was not too difficult, had basic calculations, and just tested general knowledge of numbers and percentages. Once passing the assessment, I drove down to their Richmond Headquarters for the 1st round of interviews. Interview was 2 case and 1 behavioral. The cases were very straight forward, and interviewer makes it obvious when you are on the wrong track. Interviewers try to steer you in a direction so that a roadblock is not hit during the interview. After the interview, you are given a tour of the facilities, and also have lunch.
