After passing a basic resume screen I was asked to take an assessment test that would gauge my critical thinking and math skills. Critical thinking isn't to difficult, however, be prepared to quickly dig through small data sets for the Math section as the test is timed. I was then offered a second round 30 minute phone interview that consisted of a case study. The questions were pretty basic and focused on how Capital One can reach new clients.
