The interview process had three rounds. The first was a behavioral round. It felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer focused on getting to know me through questions like tell me about yourself and tell me about a time you faced a challenge. The second and third rounds were technical, both centered on business case studies. In each round I was given a problem and asked to walk the interviewer through my thinking step by step to save the problem.
