The interview was conducted off campus. Everything was well and good. I got selected too. After that I got my offer letter, I acknowledged the letter. Then boom! No communication. My friends who got selected along me were getting regular updates and all kind of mails. I was not getting anything. Fast forward 2 months, I was getting ready to apply for masters degree. I got a call from Capgemini Chennai [verified number]. They told me that they have a vacancy in their Chennai branch and asked me if I can join next month [From the date of call]. I said ok i will join [In spite paying the fees for my college]. She said I must wait for a mail that my come in 15 minutes.... and you got it, boom! No communication again. Capgemini ghosted me again :)

Offline Aptitude, Coding & CS Fundamentals Exam: Shortlisted candidates appear for a written assessment consisting of aptitude questions, coding problems, and computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, OOP, DBMS, OS, and computer networks to evaluate technical knowledge. Technical & HR Interview: Candidates who clear the written exam attend technical and HR interviews. The technical round assesses programming, problem-solving, projects, and core CS concepts, while the HR round evaluates communication skills, personality, career goals, teamwork, and overall cultural fit.
