it was good. firstly they took written test which was totally technical .
After written test, there was a panel discussion and then interview was happened. My interview was gone for 1 hrs and inter viewer was fully satisfied with my answer.
and after 3 days they mailed me my offer letter...........

La segunda fase fue mas técnica con el jefe de equipo, con bastantes preguntas técnicas y específicas del lenguaje de programación a usar.
