Scheduled my interview on weekend and I reached the venue. There were somewhere around 20 candidates. They made all of us wait till late evening . Nothing was properly organised. There were around 3 rounds. 1 technical 2 managerial rounds. One manager told me that they are mass hiring as they are expecting some big project. Another interview was with director and only he spoke about how the projects will be and blah... After all of these rounds it was around 8. They told will be informed on Monday. Like after 4 days Hr called and told that I’m selected and made me sign Employee form and asked me to send all the documents. I did send. After some one week hr again called and asked me about my salary expectation and we agreed on some numbers. He told he will get back in 3 days. I did not get any call for like 2 weeks I tried reaching but no response. I was pissed off. I sent an email as well but no reply. Reception guy is very unprofessional. Again after 2-3 weeks he called and told me he’ll send me the offer letter as some guy was on leave. I was like okay. But till now I haven’t heard from them. I thought it was a good company to join. Thanks for letting me know that how good it is.
