I was contacted by an external recruiter that found my resume on indeed.com. After a brief phone conversation, I setup my profile on the CDW talent website. My external recruiter contacted an internal recruiter to notify him of my submission. I had a 30 minute interview with the internal recruiter who then set me up with an hour long phone interview with a technical person on the team I was joining. After being referred by the technical person, I had a final interview with my hiring manager and another technical person via WebEx conference. I was made an offer in about 3 days following.

Initial call with recruiter, 2nd round with hiring manager, 3rd with 2 internal employees. I could tell from the beginning they were just trying to interview 3 candidates and already had the person they wanted to hire picked, very sad for people really needing a job to support their family.
