I have completed 2 round. In second round there where 3 technical peoples to interview from onsite. HR said I have cleared the 2nd round and asked me to wait for manager round. From 1st and 2nd round it took 1 month gap and from 2nd round I followed up weekly for update they said waiting for onsite manager to provide a time for interview schedule and I lost my patience and asked the HR are you actively hiring and on the same day HR said we got the update from manager and we are also looking for some more candidates you can look for other jobs. I'm wondering how come after you said I have cleared and then now your saying on the same day I questioned you and giving an update that my application is on hold. These are not professional and rethink before joining CDR. Keep the backup job don't believe in interview process of CDW.
