CDW requires you to do a video interview where you respond to questions pertaining to the job. Next, you get a phone interview. After, there is a one on one with the manager.

Phone screen with HR then a video interview with my eventual manager. The process was very smooth and the HR rep communicated with me every step of the way. I interviewed during finals week and didn't have to drive out to interview in person, which was nice. Got an offer about a week after the interview.
