A recruiter from Ashdown Group found My CV online done telephone interview with him and a week after he secured an interview with CDW. There is 2 interviewer, one is Head of HR and the other one is HRBP. overall is an average interview. Basic advisory question and HR ER. But I think they were looking for someone whos got more experience like senior adviser, as I have only 4 years experience. And there is miscommunication between the recruiter and them about the role.
