Practical in a workshop fault finding, safely isolation electrics , followedcby an interview with a manager and hr representative , offer was given the next day, overvthe phone, folowedcby an email with an offer
Approximately one hundred and twenty minute face-to-face interview in the early morning at one of their offices in Rochford, near the High Street. The office was very clean, there were three interviewers.

They asked me questions as if I didn’t know my field and questioned me on why I had no experience in the specific job type I was applying for. The job role was for a trainer but still asked why I had no experience. Asked me a few other questions on a zoom call, never got back to me with any feedback
