Applied online - heard back after a Q, then passed 1st with flying colors and got a case buddy. Case buddy was terrible for morale and confidence. They were the sole reason I rejected the offer as they were first late to the prep call, never followed up on things they said they would send, I even followed up, had to reschedule twice within 1 hour of call starting. Please be aware that partners and directors are much, much nicer and do not let anyone let you think you're not worthy of being part of BCG! You got this!!
