Three weeks after I applied, I received an email to setup phone interview. I emailed back and confirmed that I was available that specific date they wanted. I received no confirmation back. On the day of the phone interview, I waited and never received a call. Two days later, I received an email from HR stating that they are unable to move forward with my application. This was unprofessional on their part.
