1.Recruiter reach out via LI, conduct phone screening 2.Second recruiter phone screen 3.HM initial interview about background 4.Case interview, pretty standard 5.MDP expertise interview - terrible experience. The interviewer was a no show, later received email from recruiter to reschedule. MDP joined rescheduled interview, no mention of missing the prior interview. Overall attitude very cold, disinterested. Questions are half baked, not very well structured around what the job is asking for or listed in the JD. The interview has a very "off" vibe which to me is not a good sign and I knew it's not going to work if this was my stakeholder. Advice to MDPs, no big deal if you feel so entitled and better than the people you're interviewing, at least do a better job hiding it. Hope this is a unique case and not a reflection of BCG's culture.
