Three rounds of interviews with each consisting of 2 one-hour interviews, with people of increasing seniority. Final two interviews are with partners.
Interviews are ~ 1/3 traditional 'about you' questions looking for leadership capability, fit with culture, emotional intelligence, presence etc.
The remainder of the interview is a case study - lots of information can be found online about these. My advice? Be highly structured and explicit (out loud) with your thinking.

Prova GMAT+ Case + inglês seguida de duas rodadas de duas case interview. Entrevistas bem desafiadoras e exigentes já que o entrevistador somente responde suas perguntas e não dá muitas informações sobre o case.
