Two rounds of two interviews, the first one conducted by Project Leaders (managers), second one by Partners. The interviews were split in three different sections: fit interview, case interview and interviewee questions. All the cases provided data through charts or tables and required good structuring, mathematical skills and business sense/insights. Partners were quite gentle and polite, I felt really comfortable throughout the process.
