The process took 2 weeks, I had a first interview with the recruiter and after I've met the hiring manager. Both were very nice and gave me a good impression, one of my friends though suggested me not to continue the process as she was working there and told me the salary I was offered was quite down compared to the company's benchmark. Looking back I wish I continued the project, I think she said that cause she didn't want me to earn more than her. She was promoted to senior level the past year.

Great, concise, interesting conversations. Thought provoking questions and showed genuine interest. The earlier stages were intense and brutal with many people being met and spoken to. Too many rounds of interviews and repetitive questions

Most BCG offices hold two rounds of interviews before making a hiring decision. If you've been invited to interview then you can count yourself as being in the top 10% of applicants. However, the work has just begun: the chance of passing the first round is around 25%.
